CULRC have arrived in China at the 2010 Invitational University Rowing Regatta. They have spent the last 6 days training and racing at the Shunyi Olympic Rowing-Canoeing Park as well as experiencing the local culture. They have enjoyed a variety of sites including the Great Wall and the Forbidden City as well as experiencing some intense haggling and local cuisine.
The crew have now flown to Chengdu to compete in the “2010 China Xinjin Jinke Real Estate Cup International Famous Universities Rowing Regatta” which last year attracted 25,000 spectators and National TV Coverage.
